HOW TO MAKE: make stones from polymer clay, see step by step instructions below.

HOW TO MAKE AN ARTIFICIAL TURQUOISE
YOU WILL NEED Acrylic paint, gloves, polymer clay and cutting materials, bowl, sponge with sandpaper surface.
STEP 1 Mash polymer clay, add clay of other tones if desired. Then put the mashed (and tinted) mass for a while in a cold place.
STEP 2 Chop or chop the mass for modeling. It should not be too soft. The sharper the edges, the more natural the pebbles will look. After cutting, put it back in a cold place.

STEP 3 The chopped mass is manually molded, squeezing, into balls of irregular shape. Work quickly, until the mass has hardened.
STEP 4 Mix polymer clay balls with acrylic paint.Tip: add a little water to the paint, then it will lie on the mass for modeling more evenly.
STEP 5 Each ball must be properly rubbed with paint. Unpainted places should not remain. First of all, pay attention to the cracks.

STEP 6 Spread colored balls on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake in the oven for half an hour at 110 degrees (also read the manufacturer's instructions for the sculpting mass on the packaging).
STEP 7 Then let the balls cool and transfer to a bowl of water.
STEP 8 Rub the balls with sandpaper to wipe the paint off the protruding surface. Paint will remain in cracks.
