We are waiting for summer holidays especially. But inattention to one's own health and household trifles can turn it into real flour. We will try to avoid this.

FORGET ABOUT MOSQUITOES
You can use plants that scare them away. Basil is proven to be a strong natural repellent. You can grind fresh leaves or use basil essential oil. Good mosquito repel aroma of lavender. This plant also calms, improves sleep, improves mood. Mint is no less effective. If you rub her skin with leaves, protection against mosquitoes is provided.
BEWARE THE SUN
Sunstroke can be obtained not only at sea, but even in central Russia. Typical signs - the face turns red, there is a severe headache, nausea, dizziness. What to do? Take care of your head! What suits you best - a cap, a scarf, a scarf? ... The main thing is that they should all be in light colors. Drink cool water, cover your head and forehead with a scarf dipped in cold water and be sure to go into the shade!
ATTENTION TO THE STOMACH
Intestinal infections are one of the frequent problems of tourists. This is due to a change in diet: we eat unusual food for the stomach and pancreas. To minimize the risk, you can take the so-called intestinal antiseptics 3 days before the trip. Antimicrobial substances, probiotic bacteria, sorbents in their composition help maintain the balance of intestinal microflora.

It’s easy to pick up the fungus in summer: we walk barefoot a lot - on the beach, in the pool, in the hotel room. According to experts, every fifth inhabitant of the Earth has something to hide from others. If the fungus is not cured, it hides and will undermine from the inside, reducing
immunity, causing exacerbation of asthma, gastritis, dermatitis ... For some varieties of nail fungus, varnishes and other local remedies are more suitable, for others - a course of tablets. A properly prescribed course of treatment with modern drugs takes only a few weeks.
MORE WATER
As a rule, the cause of travelers' diarrhea is poor quality water. Drink only recycled, and make sure that the bottle is opened in your presence. Use the same water when brushing your teeth and wash your fruit with it if it happens in Asian countries. On the plane, drink only non-carbonated water: with a difference in elevation, gases can cause additional discomfort in the intestines.
