The history of the Pobeda family confectionery factory just began with a childhood dream - to feast on chocolate every day. Olga Muravyova still remembers the times of the Soviet deficit, when chocolate was a rare joy and a treasured secret:
"It seemed to me that I would grow up and solve it." For the entire first scholarship, she bought 10 bars of chocolate and then for the first time thought about how wonderful it would be to make it ourselves. Years passed before Olga and her husband Vitali had their own “sweet” business. And the name of the brand “Victory of Taste” came by itself: “By doing this, we wanted to emphasize that we would produce only real and tasty products, whatever it might cost us, and tasty always wins tasteless.”
The hallmark of the Victory factory is a bar of the most healthy dark chocolate containing 72% cocoa. However, the assortment includes both milk chocolate, beloved by many, and completely new products, for example, with stevia extract - a natural sugar substitute. Energy chocolate is being prepared for launch on the market - for those involved in sports, as well as chocolate that boosts immunity.
The main tasters of all products are children, sometimes they notice some features that remain outside the field of vision of professional experts. And this is not surprising: the triple sons and the daughter of the Muravyevs literally grew up in the factory, and the eldest son, who was 13 years old, worked as a cameraman on the line and now he is heading a new family production in Latvia.Yes, and some original recipes "Victory" is obliged to children. When the release of chewing marmalade began, the triplets were left alone in the laboratory. While there were no parents, they managed to mix different tastes, aromas and natural dyes.
Therefore, one of the marmalade rulers was called "All at once"!
